Craig Smith is the backbone to the high level of quality construction and customer satisfaction for Vision Homes. Craig is a career homebuider and has supervised and managed over 48 residential construction projects. He is the company's constuction manager and works closely with the client to insure the high level of outcomes that Vision clients demand. Craig oversees the project from ground breaking until the last item on the punch list is completed. He also serves on many boards and committees, with his serving on his church's Board of Deacons being his most passionate.
Jason Farmer is the company’s General Manager and oversees the total operations of the company. Jason’s expertise in Construction Management and Real Estate is invaluable to the company. He has implemented many construction management processes into the Vision Homes culture, that have improved client communication as well as the construction management process. He is well respected in the Construction and Real Estate industry, as evidenced by his being elected President of the Chattanooga Realtors Association for 2006 and then being presented the Realtor of the Year for 2007. Mr. Farmer’s unique blend of Construction and Real Estate expertise makes Vision Homes one of the most desirable home builders in Southeast Tennessee.
Robert White lends operational business expertise to the Vision Homes management team, via his 21 years of senior management experience with both the public and private business sector. He is the past Youth League Flag Football Commissioner for the Town of Signal Mountain, and has coached over 13 K thru 5th grade football teams with several championship teams. Robert has also coached a K thru 6th grade wrestling club for the past 3 years. He has served on many boards and committees, including the Board of the Chattanooga Symphony and Opera, Baylor Schools Alumni Board, and the President of the Classic 150.
Scott Self is a key component ensuring that Vision Homes is able to fulfill clients' high expectations. Scott has managed residential construction projects for ___ years and works with Craig Smith to drill down to the smallest of details of Vision's client's needs. Scott works closely with all of Vision's top-shelf licensed and bonded sub-contractors to insure quality construction and timelines being met.
Connie Cline has worked as the office manager for Vision Homes since 2006. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and has over ten years experience in the accounting field. Connie has lived in the Chattanooga area for the past decade with her three children and has been involved in a variety of leadership positions with both the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts of America.
